Crossroads Homecare is a private, family-owned home health care agency proudly serving the community since 2006. From our Phillipsburg, NJ location, we have provided compassionate and reliable in-home care services to families throughout Warren, Hunterdon, and Sussex Counties.

Based in Phillipsburg, NJ, Crossroads Homecare has been specializing in 24/7 live-in care since 2006. We provide seniors with a safe, comfortable alternative to nursing homes—allowing them to continue daily routines with no disruption, in the comfort of their own homes.

Our team is made up of Certified Homemaker–Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are fully licensed, bonded, insured, and fingerprinted under New Jersey state regulations. Every caregiver is trained to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:

• Bathing, dressing, and toileting
   
• Mobility and fall prevention support
   
• Medication reminders and monitoring
   
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
   
• Companionship and social interaction
   

As the largest live-in care agency in Northern New Jersey, Crossroads maintains a robust staff of qualified caregivers ready for immediate placement. Each client is matched with a caregiver who fits their medical needs, personality, and lifestyle.

All care is delivered under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) who develops and monitors a personalized Plan of Care. This ensures that services are safe, consistent, and always aligned with the client’s evolving needs.
